It used to be Robert "Yeast" Yoest. I've also been getting a lot of grief from Don "Wolanshmuck" Wolanchuk.

I shorted VLNC, got squeezed and took a large loss (later, I reshorted the stock at lower prices when the NASDAQ bubble collapsed). I was also forced to publish a retraction to my claims that Valence was a stock fraud by an individual claiming to be Valence corporate counsel. Naturally, my claims turned out to be true and the stock tanked. Oh well - learned my lesson to not back down.

Yoest is just a harmless cult-follower who lost all his money. Wolanshmuck is a self-proclaimed "market timer" who charged money in exchange for advice to buy into penny stock frauds such as VLNC and WAVC.

My attorney and I, and two former VLNC investors and their lawyers are currently discussing ways we can pour a little cold water on Mr. Wolanchuk. Naturally, I'll keep the board apprised.
