What facts are you providing?
"If we win the war in Iraq it will be a substantial chunk of the war against terrorism" How is that? How is Iraq spreading terror around the world? Where? How? They are largely hated by fundamentalist Islamics who are the main proponents of terrorism. A state has government and cohesive power groups who want, above all else, to remain in power. An Islamic underground has no state sponsorship, not even Saddam's Iraq as far as we can show. Take out Saddam and it changes next to nothing about Bin Laden and other underground terrorist groups. Why, Bin Laden is so underground we can't even get him rooted out despite blowing the hell out of Afghanistan and chasing him all over the hills and caves we thought he was hiding. We have to infiltrate those groups and root them out. Spending $120 billion and bullying our way with our allies is no way to win the greater war. We need far more consensus building imo.

Certainly it is less of a threat today. While there are still almost as many who want to do us harm, they will have a much tougher time doing it today than they did on 9/11. This is because of the leadership of George Bush.

You are absolutely certifiable. Much of the world is condemning the US because of Mr. Bush and you once again are extolling his leadership.

You can criticize the Bush administration. However, no amount of criticism will obliterate the cold, hard fact that the previous administration had Bin Laden handed to him and flatly refused to take the opportunity. No amount of criticism will obliterate the cold, hard fact that the inept previous administration (in connection with Jimmy Carter) bears absolute and total responsibility for the crisis in North Korea today.

The cold hard fact is that Mr. Bush's administration is less than brilliant and that his administration brought this mess down upon us......no one else. And I really can't wait to see how they get themselves out of it. The American public still doesn't quite get what's going on but when they do, there will be hell to pay.

Do you know that Powell who is the best Bush has to offer is continuing to back track on what he said at the UN? One of the most publicized meetings in history and he is having to say he was inaccurate when it came to the link he stated existed between al Qaeda and Saddam. Unbelievable!

You call this masterful leadership? Go ahead....try to blame this one on this Bill Clinton so you can still think Mr. Bush is "masterful". If you want to continue to believe in that fable, I suggest you stay away from the tube and other forms of media during the coming weeks.

It ain't going to be pretty!
