Dear Srexley: I dont think FRANCE has been IN for many years. Thats the problem, they got to have their cake and eat it too. France hasnt been subject to NATO RESPONSABILITIES for YEARS yet have all the priveleges of a full member. I would suggest that be ended. As to Germany, I think the problem is passing as its related mainly to this jerk they elected. In their case I think we just ought to pull our troops out, Germany doesnt need them anymore since the end of the Cold War. As to Belgium, hell what did they ever do besides make waffles? jdn
