Currently, the US is unable to defend against this threat? They're aiming at us. I thought I'd read that we have anti-missile capability. Remember, this report was a 1999 report, and given to the Congress in April of 2000.... Not to my knowledge....I believe that that was the Star Wars system that Reagan wanted to have put in...and so many detractors thought they knew better....so we still have no defense against incoming as far as I know. I could be a brat and suggest that the Follywood folks might be better off if they studied a bit, about all sorts of things, and then used their talent to really talk to others to see what kind of defense systems are possible for the entire US.... rather than going to Europe and shooting off their mouths...I have seen not one thing constructive said from any of these folks.
