My father-in-law is 87 and going strong...he is the life of every party he attends. He has out drank and out lived all his doctors and has plenty of money. He laughs about how many doctors told him to stop drinking wine.......they are now all dead!!

My father-in-law had many businesses over the years from a gambling house to a bar and restaurant. He is quite a character.

He grew up in fascist Italy while Mussolini was rising to power. As a child he remembers the soldiers marching the streets and he yelled insults to them...............he once hid in an outhouse and had a man in a neighboring outhouse hauled off because the fascists didn't think a small child like himself would yell such nasty remarks. He was 10 at the time and didn't realize the consequences of his vocalization. He still feels bad about that incident and remembers what happened when the gov't didn't like verbal opposition. He is afraid that Bush will start similar consequences to his opposition. He claims this even though he will benefit strongly from Bush's tax cuts.

My father-in-law is anything but a fool..............you should be so foolish!!

He is a kick and a half and everyone who knows him loves him.............he did something right. ( but he probably hasn't been posting on SI ). :>)
