Explain to me (because I am not aware) what was done by US to help euro-terrorism during Baader-Meinhoff, Red Brigade etc days, and especially in the aftermath of the terrorist event during the Munich Olympics in 1972.

I'm not sure. It's telling that I've never had the interest, other than the murder of the athletes at the Olympics in 72. I would suppose that it was considered more along the lines of "Soviet sabotage", or a political Fifth Column, and so regarded as counter-espionage/criminal justice issue.

Ya gotta be kidding. The euros would not let us do anything. They hate the fact that we have FBI and CIA people, under State Department cover, investigating in Europe now. Whenever they catch our people checking things out in Europe, they kick them out.
