Can you drill down more on this.

The Euros will not allow anyone to perform a "Police Function" in their countries. We are allowed to send accredited people to seek info from their Police people, and they will tell us what they please. It is a "Turf" situation. The FBI does not allow any Foreign Government to investigate on their own here. There is no Web Site that I know of that will spell this out for you.

Books on the CIA that I have read tell me that if a CIA guy gets caught trolling in a Euro Country, the country will kick the CIA head there out. So the Dept heads, who love the overseas assignment, tell there people to take it easy and spend their time with their counterparts.
