NUINSCO ANNOUNCES EXTENSION AND REPRICING OF WARRANTS
Nuinsco Resources has extended and repriced a total of 446,250 warrants of
the company originally set to expire on May 31, 2003, and that are
exercisable to acquire common shares of the company at a price of 65 cents
per share. The company has amended the terms of the warrants to extend the
expiry to Aug. 31, 2003, and reduce the exercise price to 20 cents per
common share. All of the warrantholders are at arm's length to the company,
and the extension and repricing of the warrants has been conditionally
approved by the Toronto Stock Exchange and by the board of directors of the
company.

I hope a few NRs are forthcoming as the Prairie Lake site is explored. I would like to see a price run to .55 or
closer to the warrant .65 so I can unload and RUN myself!

NUINSCO RESUMES EXPLORATION AT PRAIRIE LAKE
Nuinsco Resources has commenced 2003 exploration at its Prairie Lake
carbonatite property located near Marathon, Ont. The search will focus on
discovery of tantalum mineralization. The objective of the current
exploration program is to better define the geology of the complex and
identify areas of elevated tantalum and niobium and areas of extensive
carbonate-apatite phosphorus mineralization.
