P.S.- Further, on the subject of "private placements & military sales", PYNG would have had to be incredibly DENSE to NOT have had advanced warning of the coming approval by the military "LONG BEFORE" the date of the now famous army e-mail which Ed has seen.

Can any one speculate why Pyng is purposely delaying the publication of the annual data? Could it be that
they don't want to give us any more time than they have to, to rally the troops in opposition of the
probable escrow share amendment. That would be my guess if they could upload the latest meaningless PR then
they could upload the annual financial statements.
