May be this...they're saving powder for the war...once the bombs start then they will buy with great vengance

That is my thinking as well (PPT waiting for war first).

In addition:
Corporations are probably putting some of their stock repurchase plans on hold...waiting for the days when we may get sharp drops if anything goes wrong with the war.
My guess they are also anticipating lower stock prices and business is getting worse too.....at least in tech...so might as well keep their powder dry.

Dow has a long way to go to be oversold! 25.22 last time in October, right now 65.65!
