TP, don't you know by now that Clinton is full of crap. There's no way he would keep his word in this matter. He wouldn't even serve in the ROTC for his OWN COUNTRY when he was supposed to. What a piece of work that guy he is, one of the best con men ever. He conned a whole nation to vote him in as president.
