Iraq is certainly a threat if attacked. Based on "rational" criteria, Iraq ranks well down the list of threats and our pre-occupation with Iraq is a major distraction and a drain on security resources. Our primary concern should be with stateless terrorism at this point. As for targeting individual countries, the largest threat is absolutely North Korea -- a threat that we had managed to contain until Bush decided to go on the warpath against the "axis of evil".
