Yeah, this point is going to be a long term difference in our premises. I, of course, think the Neocons are on the right course. What you see as failures I see as the correct procedures. Our FP is no longer tied up, number one, with Western Europe, and what is going on is that breakup. All our emphasis is going to be on Eastern Europe, the ME, and Asia.

This open session of the UN this Friday, if it happens, could be interesting. Any UN participation in this Iraqi occupation should be settled by next week.
