The whole sector is turning on a dime here.

EP's turn is coming up in just a few hours, I would not want to be short EP while they are on stage giving their presentation on how they are a survivor.

AES up 18%, DUK, XLU, RRI, AYE, XEL, AEP all turning green.

UTIL is the only sector up today???

Time to buy buy buy!!!
