My bet is that his popularity will go up. That move by the French and British hasn't gained the support of one senator here. I think most people see the Nato actions as overreaching, totally unnecessary, and far more dangerous to national security than the situation warranted. Your other articles have tried to paint the US as bullies, but look who looks like bullies now. This NATO thing is going to backfire on them bigtime.


I think you and the senators are wrong. I said yesterday that in one short week the world had changed.

BTW that's not true of all senators.....some, both Rep. and Dem., I think understand what has happened.

When it comes to our allies, things are out of control and I put the blame squarely on the Bush administration.
