MM, one of many problems with their model is they don't have the earnings multiple right. They say S&P 500 eps are at 15 times and should be at 25 times. Oddly enough, S&P says those eps are at 28 times. Meaning about 12% overvaluation. Of course, the model is nonsense, anyway, but with the wrong inputs, it could be better. <G>
