Actually, from the time line it seemed like things were going okay until the "Axis of Evil" speech.
Even the Chinese seem to have lost their leverage over this madman Kim -il whatever anymore.

just what exactly is your solution to north korea, mr harmond? what would you have bush do? all he does is bluster loudly but aside from that what is he going to do? launch airstrikes on n. korea? get some worthless u.n. resolution? oh that's right, you have me on ignore because you can't handle the truth and are afraid to debate me.

North Korea is a far, far bigger threat today than it was last year. Last year it was already a far greater threat than Iraq. The threat was bad before -- now, with the US adopting a threatening policy we are facing a far worse situation.
