Canadian is my guess. I still do not see what gives Mike the right to vote on the Escrow shares they have expired. The annual information report for FY2001 is clear that the date is 1/27/03. Is this another instance of misinformation or slight of hand by slick Mike.

Well it is time to rally the troops to defeat this Escrow amendment. I can not believe that Mike implys that the Escrow share amendment affects Judy and David they will get nothing if it is approved.
