While we're at it -- let's blame next year's El Nino on Clinton as well! If that doesn't happen, let's blame whatever bad is going to happen next year and the year after that and the year after that, all on Clinton. And yes, Clinton is to be blamed for Secretary of War Don Rumsfeld's foul mouth as well. Plus I didn't have a good Xmas........I'm sure Clinton was at fault. Clinton is all powerful; he is capable of doing anything to ruin one's life. Long Live Clinton!
