Estrada must be as bad as Bork

Perhaps you ought to review his record before you make disparaging remarks. He overcame a handicap, came into the United States at 17 unable to speak a word of English, and graduated Harvard Law School Magna Cum Laude. He has carried 15 cases to the Supreme Court, won on 10 of them.

And he has the highest ABA rating WITH A UNANIMOUS VOTE.

This is Democrat political obstruction at its worst.

I have a feeling the Democrats are going to pay for this mistake at the polls. A stong Hispanic candidate, borked. This is sorry.

It is interesting to me you f*ing liberals are all about the Constitution until YOUR SIDE is trampling it.

Senate Democrats

Republicans are apparently taking this case to the people -- the Hispanic people, in particular.

According to Mike Barone, they're going to be running ads explaining what the Dems are doing on Estrada. In his words, the "Hispanic voters are up for grabs".

I cannot believe we're seeing the Democrat party self-destruct like this with partisan obstruction tactics. You'd think they'ed have figured it out after November.

As I've so often said, a lot of liberals just aren't particularly smart...
