I think everybody under 40 knows that so why don't they just make it official and lump SS in with the general fund, call it a tax and apply tax policy accordingly.

In a couple of decades or less, and angry Congress is going to get sick and tired of sapping the nation's economic energy to prop up a bunch of freeloading Baby Boomers-and shut the entire fraud down.
