well no , our CIA chief did mention Kashmir just the other day before the senate committee and singled out the observation (ominous) that the time-intervals between incidents are lessening there again. Most all ears on Wall Street were on that discussion and not Greenspan. I wonder how people will react when the first nuke is detonated over Bombay , or Telaviv or wherever ...and whether they don't want the US to intervene then ? World's policeman ? --->you betcha. we will have to do the clean-up you know.
