Are you defending the UN by suggesting that the chairs rotate alphabetically ? Wasn't Libya chairship aquired by a deliberate vote of 33-3 with the seven commisiom members of the Euro Union conveniently abstained? It was no alphabetical accident. I hope there is a lesson here besides cynicism we are yet to learn from this . better recheck your sources of info. (maybe it will be for the good to have Libya in the spotlight , but what a choice for human rights )
