But what is the PA doing to discourage or punish such abuses against children?? I don't know. You tell me. Maybe he could control the situation better (if that is his wish) if he did not spend months locked into a bunker, right? Re "encouragement of martyrs" - It is a very unfortunate and obviously unhealthy Islamic cultural phenomenon that has bloomed in Palestinians. I am not sure if it needs any encouragement from PA at this point. What we should probably be discussing is how to move forward from here, rather than pointing fingers. The current policies on both sides are clearly not working. What to do?
