I still have residual remorse when I eat meat on Friday. :) LOL. I thought about you last week when I added some new selections to the music I take with me to the pool for my water aerobics. I took the Greatest Hits of Andrew Lloyd Weber with me for the first time and I have used it since because the music is powerful and motivational. But I just don't feel right about doing a vigorous "twist" to JC, Superstar. I keep feeling like some nun is going to enter the pool area and rap me on the knuckles. Or maybe on the butt.
