Every time Colin Powell flaps his big fat lips, he makes the U.S. gov look a little more foolish. He looks like he is having a childish tantrum, complete with ranting and raving. Pretty embarrassing stuff.

The U.S. gov is running scared; Scared of more OPEC changes and a stronger Euro.
