Russia giving a strong speech for more time as there is an opportunity to acheive a peaceful end and it is of extreme importance that the inspectors be given more time. It is apparent we have not reached a time for war and hope we never will.Max -----Thus far there is no change in positions and the Security Council remains DEEPLY divided. So far ALL talk from administration saying they have been getting the opponents to their "the War now" position to come to their side is proving to be a false statement and the bad feeling is escalating sharply.
