It's now past mid February, long after when you thought that Saddam would already be deposed. But the facts on the ground are that there are still no US troops in Turkey. Nor has the Turkish government agreed to base any. Long ago I told you that Turkey would continue to delay, delay, delay. It's like when a child counts to ten, but never gets past "nine and eleventy-eleven eleventy-twelfths." -- Carl
