No, they haven't been duped. If you follow closely the info presented by the administration to support their case, its hardly definitive, and then with all the retractions they are forced to do subsequently, the info becomes much less than definitive.

What amazes me is that you can still commit to the war based on the quality of the administration's position.

No, it implies that they simply don't believe the U.S. argument.

Acordingto the poll 77% oppose the war. 81% don't believe that Saddam is developing WMD. Even if everyone who doesn't believe Saddam is developing WMD opposes the war that leaves 4% who don't believe that Saddam is developing WMD but who still don't oppose the war.
