If true defection might lead to an incursion in iraq to secure a sight.

US, British, Jordanian and Israeli special forces have been in Iraq for months, according to debka. The Pentagon just admitted to the presence of the Americans yesterday.

If they found a site, Iraq would claim they forgot about it and the UN/inspectors would say let's help them dismantle it. Nothing at all will motivate the UN to threaten Iraq with military force. That's the problem the US is facing. The UN/inspectors will do everything in their power to prevent what really needs to be done. Hell, Saddam could have Osama sitting on his lap with two fistfuls of plutonium and I'm sure they would come up with an excuse to prevent us from going in.
