Arafat sends letters of congratulation, and payments, to the family of martyrs. Really? I don't have anything against accepting that he officially endorses martyrdom if you can link to a respectable western source that says so. I have not read about it anywhere. (But of course I do not follow Israeli sources and blogs like you do.) Still, it would not show anything about Arafat officially promoting CHILD martyrs, of course.
