yeah because he backed himself into a corner! He sent troops too early and loudly proclaimed that the US was going to go it alone!! This is bad judgement he should have waited for Blix and his team, (who btw are really pretty fair and have found a bunch of stuff, Bush should have just shut up until Blix completed his first report)... then convened with other Nato nations... in other words ACT like you are paying attention to the row even if you are not... this is negotiation 101! Anyone can see Bush backed himself into a corner and now if we hit iraq we have to go it alone because we said we would... Bush needs to go back to business school and learn the art of the deal
