Got that right Lizzie. ROW has always been apprehensive about our power and now they see us being run by a perceived group of war mongers. Who would have thought 5 years ago that nato would be cracking because of the behavior of the US. We are more powerful than any nation on earth but not more powerful than the rest of the world combined. Diplomacy in this admin has devolved into making threats. Bullies are never popular.
