Mike, I'm just pulling your leg. I know Verizon and PCS aren't switching to iDEN. I've been reading SI for years how Nextel's death was just around the corner for one reason or another. Used to be the CDMA spectral advantage would kill them, then the free cell to cell minutes by whomever, now it's 1X and a PTT look alike, yet Nextel is thriving now more than ever. In the end, it's all about making money and Nextel seems to be leading the pack. Imitation is the best form of flattery. I'm Ron, and I'm happy to keep the lights on. <G>
