My intuition tells me you're probably right, because of how OBL and friends hate the U.S. But the U.S. Gov lies to the world and misleads everyone so frequently, about literally everything. They are already known to be involved in countless other illegal and unethical maneuvers and practices. Therefore nothing they do would ever surprise me or shock me. I honestly don't understand how anyone could think the Gov is above anything. How can anyone place even an ounce of trust in anything they say or do given their history and record? John
