<<Atta and an Iraqi embassy intelligence officer in Prague>> Good grief. This bit of fiction evaporated when the alleged "source" said there was no truth to it. This has been the pattern with most of the "evidence" presented by the US to "sell" this war.

While I am in favour of the impending war, some of the reasons given by the Bush administration have been outlandish. This one being one of them.
The bar for initiating war should be high. War against N. Korea may be better justified over a war on Iraq at this stage. Focus on Al Qaeda should have been paramount eclipsing both Iraq and N. Korea but clearly they seem to be gaining strength day by day. OBL is still alive and sent a chill through the markets the day his tapes were released. Brashness on Bush team has made more foes to the extent some leading nations will not support US. While you may argue that it does not matter, I say it does matter and these countries could have been handled deftly diplomatically.
Even though I am a supporter of the impending campaign against war, I believe spade should be called a spade.
