No one's going to re-build Iraq. They will have to pull themselves up by their head diapers-with our guns aimed at their foreheads in case they get out-of-line again. Personally, I would nuke Iraq, Iran and N. Korea all in one night-and laugh at whoever doesn't like it the next morning. Bush will destroy all three, step-by-step, and the emerging replacement nations will be civilized, and ready to aid us in the continuing war against world Islam...
