The heavy civilian casualties sure didn't weaken Clinton's resolve back then. 2) Once again, in every modern war that I've followed, the tendency is to overestimate the number of casualties on our side. Desert Storm I, Kosovo, Afghanistan, it's deja vu all over again. Based on this alone, I expect American casualties to be light once again. Tenchusatsu
