Maybe top ten?? I am a little disappointed in my recent HP experience. I purchased an HP printer, third one, but a new model 7350 Photosmart. The drivers that came with the original CD are not allowing full function. When I went on the internet to download new drivers there is a message that not all drivers are available for download, but that I could PURCHASE new drivers. Purchase new drivers for a new printer??? This will be my last HP purchase of any kind, and I am a stockholder. Rap
