Well, obviously I agree with you since I bought it. In the event of a terrific drop of the markets, it could be dragged down with everything else, dividend notwithstanding. But if that happened, I would be in there loading up, using what I made from my bear positions. In an odd way, then, I see USU as a kind of speculation that for a few months the markets might just bounce around. If anything carried it back up to 7 that would be a nice gain, what with the dividend.
