I don't have the formatted one, I get my data from here......

It is a tax comma delimited file formated primarily for those like me that want to suck it into a data base.

My COT stuff is in a SQL data base that runs queiries and spits out html. I take these outputs then put them in Excel to make the charts. I am trying to automate that as well using a UNIX PERL program but have been having a hard time getting it to work. If I ever get it working, I will stop having to do the Excel conversion.
