If W expects the French and Brits (and Russians and Chinese for that matter) to give him political cover with a war resolution that everybody understands perfectly well, what's in it for them?

Blair's position is better with a second resolution. Chirac just wants to have it both ways. Bush doesn't really give a shit. Powell would like to have it.
