I'm sure they do. But don't forget his dad was extremely popular half way through his term. Only time will tell.

I certainly think Bush Sr. was superior on foreign policy.

I can't imagine the UN and NATO being bitterly split like they are, or Korea aggressively pursuing nuclear power if Bush Sr. were handling things now.
