Why is Osama being a hypocrite?

If the audio tape is really Osama, why is he being hypocritical and not calling for Al-Qaeda to attack Saddam's "infidel's regime"?

America is no longer being hypocritical, and is not afraid to battle evil, even when it is in our own neighborhood. In the audio tape, Osama has not done this. Instead he has called upon Muslim's to fight in order to protect a regime that in the tape, Osama himself says is evil. Why would Osama not call for attacks against Saddam's regime, when Saddam has murdered thousands of Muslims.

America wishes to free millions of Iraqi Muslims from Saddam's secret police, and the constant threat of death from them if they dare to truly speak out. Despite Saddam's lies to the contrary, nobody in Iraq today will dare to speak openly because of fear.

America will not place it's business interests above the welfare of the Iraqi people; even though some other European nations are doing this. The "Texas Sharif" understands what justice means. Why does Osama not call for attacks on these hypocritical European nations, that put their business deals above the welfare of Iraqi Muslims?

I personally believe that the tape is not Osama, but I make this judgement as a man, therefore I could be wrong.
