The family was sitting around the dinner table telling "brain teaser" type riddles and jokes. I brought up the story about the terrible accident of daughter and father..daughter goes to hospital..... surgeon says cant operate thats my daughter riddle. The long winded story is suppose to show how women (mom) can be anything they want yet we all thinks surgeons are men. Anyway my 10 year old quick as a cat comes up with. "the surgeon must be a nurse!!" HUH I asked, "yea" he said "because it must have been the daughters mom" Oh well stereotypes live on in my household.
