I read that, and never did buy it as the FBI guy. But I can see Haig "ratting out" Nixon.

I think you and Bill's memories are both a bit faultier than you admit too. Garment concluded it was John Sears, who to the best of my knowledge was never known as a G-man. See query.nytimes.com for example. Not only that, I think we went through that once before here, though of course lamo SI search won't admit to it.
