My spinoffs are all still worthless; boy, I'd try to sell those shares (even if they are 0!) while your broker says you have them.

Maybe you're NUOA stockholder of the decade and got a cash award.

As a follow-up to my question to you guys, I did call my broker to find out what was happening with the fact that I now had a value on one of the spinoffs of NUOA.

He told me that I was in fact holder of 300 shares of NUOASIS LAS VEGAS TEMP!! weeeeeeee!

Now don't get your hopes up, it ended there. This company is listed in the 'O' Market. It does not publicly trade but it can be traded. As well, these shares are still restricted and would have to get some form of authorization from the company to sell them. As for the value of $2.50 per share that was attributed by the system, my broker wasn't sure where that figure came from since there has never been a trade on this company. His guess was to the effect that NUOA possibly gave a book value to their spinoff and $2.50 was that price.

Well, I not much further than I originally was but there could be some potential if NUOA is advancing on this (extremely slowly mind you).

If you guys can get anything more from your brokers, let me know.

Cheers
Chris K.
