I agree. I can point out dozens of ways our "elected leaders" have profited, personally and politically, from the 911 tragedy. They are also profiting by scaring the gullible public each day with their terrorist rhetoric and other ridiculous stuff like encouraging people to stock up on duct tape and bisqueen. God-damnit, they are worse than the real thing. Those bastards would kill their best friend for 5 bucks or a vote. History supports my general premise. And what is this abstract "War on Terrorism" if not a ploy to keep a closer watch on American citizens? I'm sure a lot of people are feeling terrorized right now, but it isn't because of a few renegade Al Queda cells. It's because the U.S. Gov has run amuck. John
