Well, let's see.

Iraq outlawed WMD.

That was a biiiiig jump in the right direction. I guess that means WMD were legal before, though, so the law won't affect all the WMD that were already manufactured.

And Iraq promised to establish a commission to hunt for any WMD that they haven't declared already.

Saddam's inner council must have been laughing until the tears rolled out of the corners of their eyes, rolling around holding their sides because laughing so hard made them hurt.

I hope this last one goes down in the annals of the great GFY of history. Because I can't think of a better one. Ever.

Talk about balls. There are 150,000 plus troops on your border and 7 aircraft carriers in your general area, and you tell them that you're going to establish a commission to hunt for the things they are asking you to throw down.

I hope they put that on Saddam's tombstone. Assuming they can find enough body parts to bury him.
