I know you have that tear Ish....mine wouldn't have gotten better without surgery, but only would have gotten worse. The arthritis and constant movement were tearing it to shreds...including the tendon. I had torn the tendon, ruptured the bursa, and torn the rotator, and just thought I was being "brave" because I didn't want another cortizone shot.... Definitely was the WRONG answer.

That's why I encourage seeing the Doc to be sure...But if you already have done that, and this is the way to fix it...Great! I did the therapy for 6 months...and it is hard, but I have nearly full use back again....Good LUCK to you too!
